Brian is a native New Yorker by way of Long Island. His formative years were spent listening to the wave of early 1980's Los Angeles hardcore groups like the Germs, Dead Kennedys, X, Minor Threat and the Dickies. It wasn't long before some friends turned him on to the scene happening just across the bridge, where Brian found himself immersed in both playing in his own bands, as well as discovering the Ramones, the Victims, Johnny Thunders, and the Misfits.
